Return Policy

Here at Earth Child Tribe, we want to make sure that your shopping experience is a positive one. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy on items purchased through our store.

Please note samples, shipping charges, and promotional items are NOT eligible for return

If there has been a mistake on our part, we will be happy to send you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label as well as a replacement product. All products that are returned to us must be sent back in their original packaging and not tampered with. Returns or Exchanges must be remitted within 30 days after delivery. You can return your product for store credit or replacement product. WE DO NOT PROCEED WITH REFUNDS!

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy :

Below are some of the exceptions :

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Return or exchanges submitted after 30 days

  • All sale items

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, wash, use, or altered

  • Items returned with stains, deodorant, makeup, smoke, or perfume

  • Returned items must have original tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Must have the receipt/packing slip

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps :

  1. Please check the package immediately if an item is defective, send us an email at earthchildtribe.official@gmail.com.

  2. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return

  3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email

  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

  5. Return shipping and the fee will be at the buyer’s expense to ship back to the buyer.

  • Write in the subject line; RETURN

  • In the main text, please describe your reason for returning the item

  • Please provide a photo that shows flaws or damaged part

Additional Information :

  • It takes 7 days to receive store credit and 30 days to receive a replacement product

  • Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay

  • Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay

  • Earth Child Tribe is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged

Exchanges may not be guaranteed if the items are out of stock or are sold. It may take longer (several months to restock). Please list exchanges on your return form and we will do our best to issue a replacement.
